These terms govern your use of Nymloth, operated by Lucrific B.V., a company registered in the Netherlands. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Service Description
Nymloth is an AI-powered investment research orchestration platform. You create workflows that use large language models to generate research outputs such as investment memos, earnings analyses, valuation models, and monitoring reports. Outputs are delivered through the platform and integrated tools.
2. No Investment Advice
Nymloth does not provide investment advice, financial advice, or recommendations of any kind.
All research outputs are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors, inaccuracies, outdated information, or hallucinations. Outputs reflect the instructions and data available at the time of generation — they are not verified by humans unless you choose to verify them yourself.
You must independently evaluate and verify all outputs before making any investment or business decision. Nymloth is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial institution under any jurisdiction. Nothing produced by the platform should be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or financial instrument.
You bear full responsibility for any decisions made based on outputs from the platform.
3. Account Terms
You must be at least 18 years old to use Nymloth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you are in breach of these terms.
4. Content Ownership
Your inputs belong to you. Workflows, custom instructions, notes, and any other content you provide to the platform remain yours.
Your outputs belong to you. To the extent we hold any rights in research outputs generated for you, we assign those rights to you. You acknowledge that outputs are generated by AI and may not be unique — other users with similar inputs may receive similar outputs.
You grant us a limited license to use your content solely to operate, maintain, and improve the service for your benefit. We do not use your content to train language models or share it with other users.
If you provide feedback or suggestions about the platform, we may use them freely without obligation to you.
5. Fees and Payment
Nymloth offers usage-based and subscription-based pricing. The applicable fees are displayed before you incur any cost. All fees are in the currency specified at the time of purchase.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase for subscription plans, unless you have already used the service during that period and consented to waive withdrawal.
We will give at least 30 days’ notice before changing prices. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel before it takes effect.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
- Represent AI-generated outputs as human-written research without disclosure.
- Redistribute or resell outputs commercially without authorization.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the underlying models or systems.
- Use the platform to develop a competing product or service.
- Interfere with the operation of the platform or circumvent usage limits.
- Submit content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on third-party rights.
7. Intellectual Property
Nymloth, including its design, code, workflow engine, templates, and documentation, is owned by Lucrific B.V. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for its intended purpose while your account is active.
8. Third-Party Services
Nymloth integrates with third-party services for authentication, data, search, and AI processing. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nymloth is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy of outputs.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lucrific B.V.’s total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the platform is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the six months preceding the claim, or (b) 100 EUR.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or damages arising from reliance on AI-generated outputs.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection rights in the European Union.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend your access if you breach these terms or if we discontinue the service, with reasonable notice where possible.
Upon termination, your right to use the platform ends. We will delete your account data within 90 days, unless we are required by law to retain it.
11. General
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. If you are a consumer in the EU, you retain any mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. We will give at least 30 days’ notice for material changes. If you disagree, you may close your account before the changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
Assignment. We may assign these terms or any rights under them (for example, in connection with a merger or acquisition) without your consent. You may not assign your rights under these terms without our prior written consent.
Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in full effect.
